These general business conditions expound upon the operation of the AMAL STUDIO store website, user rights, and the business relationship between the provider and the customer.

By visiting the website and/or making a purchase, you agree to abide by our business terms, including additional terms and policies, whether outlined in this policy or accessible through hyperlinks. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Website and may be subject to amendments or supplements at any time, without prior notice.

The general terms and conditions of the AMAL STUDIO online store have been formulated in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB2), taking into consideration the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and international e-business codes.

The provider is vested with the following rights:

• The right to entirely or partially withdraw products from sale at any given time.
• The authority to alter product prices without prior notice. Prices remain valid at the time of order placement and are not predetermined.
• The discretion to modify the content of products and other website content at any time.
• The prerogative to cancel an order if the product is out of stock or withdrawn from sale.
• The option to limit the sale of specific products.
• The capability to do so for a defined or indefinite duration.
• The right to discontinue operation or block access to the website and store at any time.

We will make diligent efforts to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products displayed on the store website are accurate at the time of data input into the online store system.

• The product descriptions encompass details regarding material, price, size, and a concise description, often accompanied by multiple images for your reference.
• We reserve the right, though not the obligation, to restrict the sale of our products or services to specific individuals, geographic areas, or regions.

You may not utilise our products for unlawful or unauthorised purposes, and you must not infringe any laws, including copyright regulations. Any reproduction or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited and may lead to both civil and criminal penalties. The provider does not guarantee that the functional aspects of the website or our content will be error-free.

The provider does not guarantee that this site is free from viruses or other potentially harmful components. However, we are committed to taking preventive measures to mitigate these risks.

USER AGE

Our services are not intended for minors, defined as individuals without legal capacity and/or under the age of eighteen (18). If you are under 18 or classified as a minor according to the relevant legal provisions in your country of origin, please refrain from registering or subscribing to our services.

If a minor does register and we discover that they are under 18 years of age, we reserve the right to terminate or cancel that person's user account.

We reserve the right to accept orders only from individuals over the age of 18.

PRICES

Product prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

PROMO CODES

Promotions are special offers that we extend to our customers from time to time. Each promotion is associated with a unique promotional code that provides shopping benefits and has a predetermined expiration date. Every promotion or special offer comes with a code that you can enter during checkout. This code instructs our system to apply a specific discount to your purchase.

LOG IN TO THE ONLINE STORE

The user agrees to provide the mandatory information required for registration and acknowledges that this information is accurate, complete, and up to date. The user is solely responsible for keeping this information current. If the user submits incorrect, outdated, or incomplete information, the company reserves the right to temporarily suspend or cancel the user's account. The user must maintain the confidentiality of the account password and not disclose it to third parties. The user may not allow other individuals to access the services through their account, nor use another user's account to access the services.

The user is responsible for all activities conducted through their account on any device. If the user suspects that someone else is using their account, they must promptly notify the company. The Company may suspend or cancel a user's account if it believes that the user has violated these terms.

PASSWORD AND SECURITY

The password for your account must be unique and secure.

You must safeguard your password and not share it with anyone.

You will be responsible for all activities and orders made under your password.

PURCHASE PROCEDURE

Before making a purchase, please carefully review the general conditions, privacy policy, and cookie policy available on the website. After placing the order, the customer receives an email notification confirming that the order has been received. This notification does NOT indicate the acceptance of your order but acknowledges that we have successfully received it and need to review it.

Prior to accepting the order, we may request additional information or conduct checks. When delivering items not currently in stock, we will inform you via email about the expected delivery time. In such cases, the provider assumes no responsibility for any potential damages resulting from extended delivery periods.

If the buyer chooses to cancel the order, they must promptly notify the provider via email at support@amalstudio.com. If the order has already been placed, the buyer can refuse the shipment when it is delivered by the courier service.

The sales contract between AMAL STUDIO and the buyer is established in the Online Store when the provider sends an email to the buyer regarding the status of their order. From this moment forward, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer.

We retain the right to decline your order, and in such instances, we will notify you via email.

PAYMENT METHOD

The AMAL STUDIO online store allows payment by debit or credit card, which are listed at the bottom of the website (provided by Stripe). The buyer makes the payment immediately during the order process by entering their debit or credit card information.

The buyer is required to verify the accuracy of the information on the invoice and must notify the seller of any errors within eight days of receipt. Objections made later regarding the correctness of the issued invoices will not be considered.

You can also pay for your order by bank transfer to the company's account.

The purchase contract (order) is stored in electronic form on the provider's server and is accessible to the buyer at any time in their user profile (My profile).

All credit/debit cardholders must be verified and approved by the card issuer.

The payer must be the same person as the information in the user's account.

We will accept payment in Euros (EUR).

If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to the provider, the provider will not be responsible for any delay.

- By placing an order in our online store, you authorize AMAL STUDIO to process a charge on your credit card for the total price of the ordered goods.

- The personal information you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency that may retain this information.

- We take every possible measure to protect the details of your order and payment.

The buyer is obligated to settle the shipping costs that we charge at the time of the order.

Please note that bank transfers may incur additional bank transfer fees that cannot be estimated at the time of purchase. You accept such costs at your own risk under the agreement you entered into with the bank.

COMPLAINTS, EXCHANGE, AND REFUNDS

If for any reason you would like to return your purchased items (jewelry), please notify us within 14 days of receipt at support@amalstudio.com

This does not apply to Art prints, as they are made to order and therefore we do not accept returns. However, if your print is damaged in transit or in the very unlikely event that it arrives with a defect, we will replace it. We will ask for some pictures or videos of the damage so that we can forward them to the shipping company for insurance coverage. Before that, we inspect the returned products and assess the actual condition and based on the assessment, we will inform you by email whether or not we will accept the returned product.

You must email us the original order details, along with the product information you wish to return and the reasons for the return. The goods must be returned no later than 30 days after notifying us of your withdrawal from the contract (purchase).

If you wish to return or exchange a product (jewelry), it must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. We will inspect the returned products and assess their actual condition. Based on this evaluation, we will inform you by email whether the returned product is accepted or not.

If the size of the jewellery is unsuitable, please inform us via email at support@amalstudio.com.

The warranty period for jewelry is 6 months from the date of purchase.

If you would like to exchange or repair your jewelry during this time, you must attach a certificate of authenticity to your request. Based on the review, we will assess whether to accept or reject the request.

If your purchased jewelry is damaged during shipping, we will replace it. We will ask for some pictures or videos of the damage so that we can forward them to the shipping company for insurance coverage. Before doing so, we inspect the returned products and assess the actual condition and based on the assessment, we will inform you by email whether we accept the returned product or not.

WITHDRAWAL

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, please send us a message at support@amalstudio.com before your order is shipped.

CHANGES TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service without prior notice.
