Before making a purchase, please read carefully the general conditions, privacy policy, and cookie policy available on the website. After placing the order, the customer receives an e-mail notification that the order has been accepted. Where all information about the content of the order and the price is recorded. Acknowledgment of receipt of your order does NOT mean that your order has been accepted, but simply that you have successfully submitted your order, that we have received it, and that we need to review it.

 

Before we accept the order, we may also request additional information or checks.

When delivering goods that the provider does not have in stock, we will notify you via e-mail about the delivery deadline. In doing so, the provider does not assume any responsibility for damage that may occur due to a longer delivery period.

 

If the buyer decides to cancel the order, he must immediately notify the provider via e-mail at support@amalstudio.com. If the order has already been placed, the buyer refuses the shipment to the delivery service.

The sales contract between AMAL STUDIO and the buyer is concluded in the Online Store at the moment when the provider sends the buyer an email about the status of his order. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer.

We reserve the right not to accept your order. In such a case, we will notify you by e-mail.

 

 

The AMAL STUDIO online shop allows payments by prepayment or by debit or credit card, which are indicated at the bottom of the website (provided by Stripe). The consumer makes the payment immediately during the order process, by entering his payment or credit card information.

 

The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the information on the invoice and to notify the seller of any errors within eight days of receipt. We do not consider objections made later regarding the correctness of the issued invoices.

The purchase contract (order) is stored in electronic form on the provider's server and is accessible to the buyer at any time in his user profile (My profile).

 

·         All credit/debit cardholders must be verified and approved by the card issuer.

·         The payer must be the same person as the information in the user's account.

·         We will accept payment in Euros (EUR).

·         If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to the provider, the provider will not be responsible for any delay.

 

By placing an order in our online store, you authorize AMAL STUDIO to process a charge on your credit card in the amount of the total price of the order for the goods you purchased.

The personal information you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency that may maintain this information.

 

As far as we can, we take care to protect the details of your order and payment

The buyer is obliged to settle the shipping costs that we charge at the time of the order.

 

Please note that bank transfers may incur additional bank transfer fees that cannot be estimated at the time of purchase. You have paid such costs at your own risk under the agreement you entered into with the bank.

 

 

For a complete shopping experience, we offer you the exchange or return of products within 14 days of purchase.

You must email us the original order details, along with details of the product you wish to return and the reasons for returning it. The goods must be returned no later than 30 days after the notice of withdrawal from the contract (purchase).

 

If you want to return or exchange a product, it must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. We inspect the returned products and evaluate the actual condition, and based on the evaluation, we inform you by e-mail whether we accept the returned product or not.

 

If the size of the jewelry is not suitable, please inform me by email at support@amalstudio.com.

 

I consider jewelry complaints within 6 months from the purchase of the product.

 

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, please send a message to support@amalstudio.com before these are shipped.

 

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms of Service without prior notice. Your use of or access to our website following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
